Mission Statement

It is the mission of MuniMae to be the premier real estate and clean energy finance and investment management company.

We will accomplish this mission by using intellectual and financial capital to provide reliable, tailored, and well priced capital to transaction sponsors. At the same time, we will deliver a consistent flow of innovative, high quality, attractively priced product to investors.
